You’ll prepare homes for market, manage showings, coordinate move-ins, and ensure every incoming tenant starts off with clarity, care, and confidence. What You’ll Do
- Prepare properties for listing: walk units, identify cleaning/repair needs, coordinate vendors.
- Manage photos, listing copy, and online marketing.
- Communicate with prospective tenants and schedule showings.
- Conduct move-in appointments and create move-in reports.
- Track application status and support the screening process.
- Ensure each home is fully ready before handing over the keys.
- Serve as the first touchpoint for our brand — warm, professional, responsive.
